This registration is only available to those that have an application started for the RFP credential in CNS Endovascular, Neurocritical Care, or Pediatric Neurosurgery
This registration should be filled out if you want to take the Spring 2024 RFP (Recognition of Focused Practice) exam that is scheduled for May 17, 2024. REGISTRATION CLOSES MAY 10, 2024.
Once you submit this exam registration form, including the exam fee, you will be contacted via email from registration@isoqualitytesting.com within 48-72 hours to schedule your exam date and time. You must complete the exam date and time scheduling via the instructions provided in that email. Please add this email to your contacts to ensure it is not sent to spam. You will be able to schedule the exam to be taken remotely (online) or at a local testing center.
For remote (online) test taking, you will need to review the remote proctor user guide which will be available via a link included in the email. Downloading the ProProctor software program is required, as well as using Google Chrome. If you will be using an institutional computer for the exam, you should work with your own IT Department/Computer Help Desk to ensure you can download the required proctoring software. This should be done well in advance of your test.
For in person testing at a local testing center, follow the instructions that you receive once you schedule your exam time.
